Feedback
I'd really like some feedback from those of you who are checking our blog pretty regularly. I'm trying to give you all a variety of workout regimines, recipes, fitness events around Knoxville, etc, but I'm not sure if that's what will be the most beneficial. What would you all like more information about? How can I better help you achieve your goals, whether they be weight loss, increasing strength or endurance, decreasing stress, etc? I wanted to create this blog so I could be more interactive with the members of AOMT and help them with their steps programs or help them push past that and get into a more consistent and intense workout regimine.
